Spectrum was Created and filmed way back in October 2015, Inside spectrum, you will learn six color changes and few applications, some of the moves are easy to perform and for a few, you have to put effort and your time to get it smooth but once you get down the mechanics and the hang of it you will be able to perform it effortlessly.
